Even The Darkness is Made of Light

So I just submitted this short essay to some Foundational Questions institute about whether reality is analog or digital.  I am already irritated.  The questions is a logical fallacy, a false dichotomy.  There are other possibilities than just the two presented.  I proposed essentially what David Bohm said, that the universe is a dynamic holograph.  Reality is made of light.  Light traveling at the speed of light would not know the passage of time.  The universe does not need time or distance, we do.  Space is time.  The long argued question about whether the fundamental structure of the universe is a particle (digital) or a wave (analog) is that it is neither.  It is a field.  A deeper truth requires a deeper perspective.
I entered my essay 14 seconds past the due date.  I doubt that this will escape the notice of the rule keepers but my point that time is an illusion will.
